Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium that you have in your physical possession and want to sell may be bought back by GoldCompany. The GoldCompany showroom is open by appointment, from 8 am to 3:30 pm business days throughout the year. To sell your precious metals, please book an appointment with our dedicated customer service team (9 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) at (02) 9020 5150 or email info@goldcompany.com.au.
Country, interstate, and/or overseas clients may also ship the goods to us using our GoldPack.
GoldCompany identification requirements to sell precious metal
Clients wishing to sell any quantity or form of precious metal to GoldCompany are required to meet the following ID requirements:
Each individual client is to complete a “GoldCompany Bullion Sell Personal” registration form.
Clients dealing in person with GoldCompany at the Sydney CBD showroom and private client office can simply bring in the original identification documents for us to make copies and the signed GoldCompany registration forms. Alternatively, online clients can scan or photograph a copy of the identification documents and signed GoldCompany registration forms, then email or post them to us. Payment for sales of precious metal to GoldCompany
Please note, GoldCompany will only make payment for any precious metal via electronic transfer to your nominated bank account. Additionally, we will not make payment to any third party, and all bank account names for payment must match the name of the person or entity selling the bullion to GoldCompany. It is a requirement that all the GoldCompany identification requirements are met before payment can take place.
